Employees experience one workplace. Yet the technology, spaces and services behind it are often managed separately. Join Exobe, Microsoft and Appspace to explore how organisations can connect workplace strategy with Microsoft Places, Copilot and physical workplace experiences, creating a more coherent journey across people, spaces and services. This convergence of the digital and physical workplace is sometimes described as the Phygital Workplace.

In this webinar, we explore what it takes to make that idea work in practice, from technology and workplace experiences to ownership, governance and sustainable ways of working. As Phygital Workplace Leads, Exobe helps organisations connect strategy, governance, technology, workplace services and change across traditional organisational boundaries.

From fragmented to connected

Many organisations have invested significantly across the digital and physical workplace, from collaboration tools and booking platforms to meeting spaces, digital signage and modern offices. The challenge is getting those investments to work together around the people using them. We start by looking at why the workplace can still feel fragmented, and what changes when we begin to treat people, spaces, technology and workplace services as parts of one connected experience.

Making the workplace AI-powered

The next step is intelligence. We explore what an AI-powered workplace actually means and how Microsoft Places and Copilot can bring workplace context, data and AI closer to the everyday flow of work.

The opportunity goes beyond digitising workplace processes. It is about helping people make better decisions about when and where to work, while giving organisations a better understanding of how their physical workplace is being used.

Bringing the experience into the physical workplace

An intelligent workplace should not stop when someone closes their laptop or walks through the office door. We continue the journey into the physical environment and explore how workplace context can become part of the experience across offices, shared spaces, interactive maps, kiosks and workplace services. This is where the connection between digital and physical becomes tangible, extending workplace information and experiences across wayfinding, space reservation, shared screens and other workplace services.

From connected technology to a connected workplace

Technology creates new possibilities, but technology alone does not create a connected workplace. We conclude by bringing the different perspectives together and looking at what it takes to move from individual solutions towards a workplace that can be developed as a coherent whole. That means connecting people, places and technology with clear ownership, governance and sustainable ways of working, so that workplace investments can continue to create value as needs and technology evolve.

What you’ll learn:

  • What makes a workplace truly AI-powered
  • How Microsoft Places and Copilot connect people, spaces and workplace intelligence
  • How Appspace extends the experience across offices, meeting spaces and shared screens
  • Why technology alone does not create a connected workplace
  • How to move from fragmented solutions towards one coherent workplace experience
