Secure Guest Collaboration Mgmt eliminates unnecessary risks while making digital guest management seamless.
Your employees act as "hosts" for digital guests via an intuitive graphical interface. The Secure Guest Collaboration Mgmt service ensures all digital guests are registered and that sign-ins are secured using multi-factor authentication (MFA), protecting your Azure Active Directory (AAD) from unauthorized access.
Guests can collaborate efficiently through a temporary guest account with a set expiration date. And because guests authenticate using MFA in their own environment – not in your systems, you're protected even if a guest account were to be compromised.
You also retain full control over shared files and can see exactly which guests have access to your digital workspace.

What can you expect?
The Secure Guest Collaboration Mgmt SaaS service includes the following features:
- A user-friendly graphical interface for creating temporary digital guest accounts within your company’s
- Microsoft 365 tenant and Azure Active Directory.
- Employees can register guest accounts with full details in AAD: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name.
- Employees can set expiration dates for guest accounts in Azure Active Directory.
- Guests must accept your information management policy before their identity is created in AAD.
- Guests must log in using multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Employees can whitelist domains, enabling secure file downloads.
- Employees and guests can securely share files and collaborate via SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams within the Microsoft 365 tenant.
- Guest accounts are automatically deleted from Azure Active Directory once the collaboration period ends.
