What Exobe Copilot Onboarding Establishes
Each employee gains access to four expert-led live sessions that are repeated every month, as well as access to a digital learning portal featuring short, application-specific demonstrations and practical use cases. Together, the live sessions and learning portal create a shared organizational understanding of how Copilot can deliver value.
We continuously update both the live sessions and the learning portal content as Copilot evolves. Employees are welcome to attend as many live sessions as they wish to reinforce and deepen their understanding.
About the Live Sessions
Exobe Copilot Onboarding consists of four expert-led live sessions delivered through Microsoft Teams, each lasting 45 minutes. The sessions are based on real work tasks, such as meeting summaries, emails, and document analysis, and combine practical demonstrations with the opportunity to ask questions.
The sessions are repeated monthly (excluding holiday periods), allowing new users to join continuously and enabling those who miss a session to access the recording for that month. In parallel, the learning portal remains available throughout the entire program period, with content continuously updated in line with Copilot's development.
When Is Exobe Copilot Onboarding the Right Next Step?
Exobe Copilot Onboarding is designed for organizations that have invested in—or are planning to invest in—Copilot licenses. Ideally, the program should be launched before Copilot licenses are rolled out across the organization, giving employees a strong start from day one. If Copilot has already been introduced but adoption levels have not met expectations, Exobe Copilot Onboarding helps employees quickly and easily build the knowledge and confidence needed to increase usage and value realization.
The program is also ideal for organizations that continuously add new Copilot licenses. As soon as an employee receives a Copilot license, they can join the onboarding program the following month.
